How does Mintaka works ?​

  • Mintaka

     is a graphic design services company which works in the following way; we collect all the data of your project, you proceed to make the payment, we assign a professional designer who will be in charge creating expert graphic design solutions for your project.
  • Here the designer begins with the creative process including investigation, drafts, refine ideas, bringing out the best initial proposal(s). Designer will upload initial proposal(s) to “My Dashboard” section. After receiving a notification to the email you provide us during checkout, you can enter to your Dashboard with that same email address.
  • There you can see the expert graphic design solutions offered, called the initial proposal(s) which are uploaded by the designer, so you can give your feedback to the designer and send your design revision request by email.
  • You will be allowed to make the revisions that your package includes, if you want an additional design revision you will have to make a 12 USD payment per extra revision. Whenever your project is finished, the handing overs will be uploaded to your Dashboard in various formats, so that you can freely use them for your needs.

How do I contact the designer ?​

  • For your safety and for the safety of our designers, when offering our high-quality visual design services services, everything is handled through the website. After making the payment, you will be assigned a professional designer who will be in charge of your project.

  • The way in which you two will be able to contact each other will be through your Dashboard, that is why you must always have the email address you provided us during checkout and your password at hand.

What are the payment methods ?

  • Mintaka

     works with previously established prices. This includes the assigned designer, professional graphic design services – design, revisions, and ownership of designs. The payment methods we handle are PayPal, debit card and credit card. We have clients from all over the world, that is why we have a very friendly and, above all, secure payment system.

Where can I see my initial proposal(s) and design revision(s) ?

  • As soon as the designer has finished offering the professional graphic design services and your initial proposal(s) is ready, the designer will upload it/them to your Dashboard” and you will be notified to the email you provided us during checkout.

  • By entering to “My Dashboard” > “Downloads“, this will be how you can see the initial proposals(s) and design revisions. Remember that you can only send your feedback once for each revision you receive from your designer. Design revisions requests are made by email.

Is there any extra charge ?

  • The only extra charges that will be made will be if you request additional design revision within those allowed, and the other charge that could be made would be if you request express delivery service, but either of these charges will be handled as a transaction, that is, you will be in charge of the payment. We will not make any direct charge to your card at any time.

Does Mintaka offer refunds ?

  • In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, or the completion of the design by the designer is not possible, the complete design order amount will be refunded.

  • The customer should submit a refund request within five days of the duplicate charge or being informed by the designer that the design will not be finalized for superior reasons. These two situations mentioned before will be the only way to receive a full refund.
  • Since when canceling projects our designers are left without that income that they had already planned. All refund requests should be submitted through “My Dashboard” > “Recent Orders” > “Refund”. Client must fill in the refund reason field and the acceptance of terms and conditions.
