• In the event of any occurrence of a duplicate charge arising from a processing error or if, for any reason, the designer is unable to complete the design order, our commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that you will receive a full refund of the entire design order amount.
• To initiate the refund process, we kindly request that the customer submits a refund request within a period of five days from either the occurrence of the duplicate charge or the moment they are informed by the designer that, unfortunately, the design cannot be finalized due to exceptional circumstances. These two scenarios constitute the sole circumstances under which a full refund will be granted.
