Strictly follow the global privacy policies and guidelines in order to maintain a legal environment on the site. It is highly recommended to read the terms & conditions. Collection of Customer’s Information

The non-personal information will be collected automatically when visiting the website. The non-personal information includes ip address, browser, language and access times. It may also collect some information about actions within the site. 

It does collect the personal information from our customers during the checkout/sign-up process. It includes the collection of name, email address, and for billing purposes (payments) home address. 

The email address collected is only used to send important notifications, announcements and special offers. Not to spam inboxes. However, customers can unsubscribe anytime from getting emails, by just sending an email request to [email protected] anytime or just clicking to the unsubscribe button within the email.

All this information is for record purposes. Mintaka Design does not sell or leak database information to anyone. If the customer wants to review the provided information, it can easily be done from My Dashboard section anytime.

Security of Customer’s Information

Mintaka Design respects the trust of the customers when personal information is submitted. It is taken seriously and it has a highly encrypted system embedded in the website to protect the databases. Our dedicated team is always active in keeping the system up to date and safe from vulnerabilities.

Children Policy

Mintaka Design is not intended to provide services to anyone who is under the age of 18. If the customer is under 18 should not continue to use this site. 

External Linking Policy

Mintaka Design may link to other third party sources that have their own privacy policies. Mintaka Design does not take responsibility for the linked sites. Furthermore, external sites are linked only for source purposes. Not to advertise or rent links on our site. 

Testimonials

Mintaka Design only shows testimonials of happy customers. If the customer wishes to provide a testimonial, it would be displayed only with first and last name. However, if the customer chooses to take down that testimonial or do some editing, he or she can contact us at [email protected] anytime.

Mintaka Design has a right to disclose your personal information in the event of any legal action or to comply with the relevant laws. Information may be provided, non-personal and personal information to investigation agencies upon asking.

Mintaka Design respects the intellectual property of others. If any one browsing the site believes that their work has been copied in a way that results in copyright violation, please provide the information specified below.

“My Dashboard”

The use of this site is solely the responsibility of the user, for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer, and as the client agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under account or password. Handing overs will be display within this section, so customers can download designs for revisions.

Refund Policy

In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, the complete design order amount will be refunded. The customer should submit a refund request within five days of the duplicate charge or refunds cannot be reimbursed. The second and last reason for a full refund is when the completion of the design by the designer is not possible, this means when being informed that the design will not be finalized for superior reasons. These two situations mentioned before will be the only way to receive a full refund. All refund requests should be communicated to [email protected] or can be submitted through My Dashboard > Recent Orders > Refund. Client must fill in the refund reason field and the acceptance of terms and conditions. For questions or concerns about our Refund Policy, please contact us by email at [email protected]

Handing Over Policy

All design order files are uploaded to the account registered within the purchase, remember the username/email provided on the checkout/sign-up process. We provide a design order reference number soon after the order is placed and a confirmation email for each order. Whenever the first proposal(s) is/are ready an email notification will be sent, and that will be the time to enter to My Dashboard >  Downloads to make revisions and create comments by email.
